With unmatched records of service and a shared commitment to delivering fiscal stewardship and accountability, improving public safety, and enhancing the quality of life in our village, Kate Pringle and Mark Cardwell are bringing a new era of collaborative and effective leadership to Pelham Manor.

Pelham Manor confronts three major challenges:
 

1. Flooding  
   The Manor is subject to increasing flooding as storms worsen and our infrastructure ages.  In order to protect our families, our property values, and our community, we must urgently properly mitigate the flooding and enhance our infrastructure to be resilient for 10, 25, and 50 years.
    

2. Public safety
   The Manor has long suffered from emergency medical, pedestrian safety, and "nuisance" crime issues.  We must urgently address these issues to ensure a safe community.
    

3. Fiscal transparency and accountability
   Our village spends far more than our neighboring communities for the same services.  We have paid outrageous salaries (more than the NYS governor) to our managers. We need fiscal transparency and accountability to ensure tax dollars are spent intelligently and efficiently.
